Does Not work

This Application Does Not work at all When I opened this Application the Pink page comes and then nothing happens i waited more the 10 Minutes and finally I had to force Quit.
I tried five times without any success.
Running Mac OSX 10.6.8 Snow Leopard on early 2011 Macbook Pro. 64 bit, 8 GB Memory Installed.
